Takasaki Nature Forest is a nature experience spot located in Takasaki, Tsukuba City. It is famous for cherry blossoms, water lilies, and autumn leaves. Satoyama (traditional rural landscape) is open for the purpose of preserving the natural environment, fostering greenery, and promoting interaction between people and nature. There is the Honobono Hiroba (Cozy Plaza) with flower fields like Shibazakura, the Mizube no Mori (Waterside Forest) where you can observe aquatic creatures such as dragonflies and frogs, and flowers like irises and water lilies, the Sakura no Mori (Cherry Blossom Forest) where numerous double cherry blossoms create a red-pink tunnel during blooming season, the Yacho no Mori (Wild Bird Forest) for bird watching, the Shiki no Mori (Four Seasons Forest), and the Asobi no Mori (Play Forest), allowing visitors to fully enjoy the nature of Satoyama. It is a recommended tourist spot for children and families.

Furudate Ruins Park: Playground & Ruins

Furudate Historic Park is a spot where the Furudate Myojinwaki Ruins were excavated in Midorino Higashi, Tsukuba City. During excavations in 2009, 15 pit dwellings were found. Although the main part of the ruins no longer exists, one of the dwelling traces is said to be recreated as a terrace and displayed at the excavation site in the southern lawn area. The park features a spacious lawn and uniquely shaped slides and spring riders.
